This unit is designed for remote use with ovens, barbecues and smokers and comes with dual stainless-steel probes on a detachable heat-resistant wire to monitor both meat and grill cooking temperatures. It features a large LCD monitor that is easy to read and displays alert and current temperatures. The unit has a quick start/quick stop timer button and a simple Celsius/Fahrenheit switch. It can be made to stand up, hang or attach by magnets and runs on dual AAA batteries.
